A specific type of Transformation, the Melachim Form is a form which mimics the abilities and powers of the ancient Angelus. This form can only be attained by Methulselah who those carrying the Angelus' bloodline and who bond their souls with the souls of that particular Angelus.
Some examples of this include:
- Jonas Hunter- Born of Gabrael's bloodline (through his mother), Jonas was turned in a Lundrati (Gabrael's Methuselah line), and bonded with the soul of Gabrael (stored within the Angel's Tear).
- Cassandra Troy- Born of Raphael's bloodline, Cassandra was turned in a Template:Nosferatu Bloodline (Raphael's Methuselah line), and bonded with the soul of Raphael (stored within the Philosopher's Stone).
