Born in Wytham, Oxfordshire, James Hunter is the son of an Oxford scholar and Professor, Dr. Henry Hunter. Raised in the country, James lived the typical life of a British child until his father took a new job- in the colonies. Moving to Yorktown, New York at the age of 10, James' life was turned upside down. It took a while for the kids at school to accept James and his odd accent, not to mention the fact that there was this odd little girl who lived next door that seemed to follow him around like a puppy dog.
