History
Born in Queens, William Black is a city boy to the core. Having never left the city in his life, William never knew the excitement of the world until he met Jonas Hunter. Meeting Jonas at NYU, William was enthralled by Jonas's stories from Europe and his time on a fishing boat. The two became quick friends, even sharing a dorm room in college. The twosome became a threesome when Jonas and Emiko found each other and the trio quickly became family.
After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, William joined and eventually graduated from the New York Police Academy. Becoming a NYPD officer, William was determined to better his city- one block at a time. William was very good at his job, but he never forgot his friends. That's why when Jonas called him and told him Emiko was missing William jumped to help find her. Searching the city, Jonas and William had little luck until they heard what sounded like Emiko screaming from an alleyway near Jonas's flat. Rushing down the dark alley, not even William's police training could prepare him for what they encountered. Jonas and William ran to help, only to find they was cornered by an unknown Methuselah. William attempted to take control of the situation, however he was quickly subdued.
